General Information

Registration:
Begins at 7:15 a.m.  After dropping off your clubs at the bag drop, please park your car and go to the clubhouse for registration and continental breakfast.

Fees and Gratuities:
One Breath at aTime will take care of fees and gratuities for caddies and locker room attendants.  Additional gratuities are at each players discretion.

Practice Areas:
Putting greens and driving ranges open at 7:15 a.m.

Golf Shop:
Open at 7:00 a.m.

Attire:
Please wear collared shirts on the golf course.  Bermuda shorts are acceptable.  Only soft spike shoes are allowed on the course.  Jackets are not required in the clubhouse.

Scoring Procedure:
Format is a classic scramble.  Each foursome will play as a team.

Tees:
Men use the white or back tees.  Women use the red or forward tees.

Mulligans:
Available at registration.

Inclement Weather:
Please dress appropriately.  Given that it's Florida in early October, we suggest that you be prepared to play under light rain should the need arise.  Should we have a complete rain out, we have a back-up date on October 8th.

Cocktails and Lunch:
A continental breakfast will be available at 7:15 a.m.  Lunch will be served in the clubhouse and on the verandah after play.  Refreshments and snacks will be available at the clubhouse and on the refreshment carts.

Final Foursome and Tee Assignments:
Available at registration.

Silent Auction:
The silent auction will be displayed at registration and during lunch.  The auction will close at the beginning of the awards ceremony. 

Prizes:
Prizes will be awarded during lunch.  Categories include:

• 1^st through 3^rd Low Net Foursome  
• Closest to the Pin on all Par 3's
•  Longest Drive hole for both men and women
